  1. Refunds. At Constellation Labs, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality services and support to ensure that our customers have a positive experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for requesting and processing refunds.

    1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions will only be provided if the request is made within 30 days of the renewal date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions will only be considered if the request is made within 30 days of the renewal or start date. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the remaining months in the subscription period.

    • Special Offers and Discounts: Refunds for subscriptions purchased with special offers or discounts will be subject to the terms of the offer.

    2. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Usage of Service: Refunds will not be issued if the service has been used extensively or if you have received substantial value from the subscription.

    • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or if you simply decide that the service is no longer needed.

    • Account Termination: Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have been terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.

    2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined above. This process may take up to 5 business days.

    4. Processing Refunds

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this method is no longer available, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternative method.

    • Timeframe: Refunds typically take 5 business days to process after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
